  • Global trends and forces related to ESG and sustainability activities
  • How impacts of climate change, loss of biodiversity, and growing inequality present unique and urgent risks and opportunities
  • Carbon emissions
  • Consumer perspectives on sustainability.

Module 2

The ESG & Sustainability Information Ecosystem

  • Understanding the changing global landscape of mandatory reporting (TCFD, ISSB, ESRS, etc)
  • Strategic and compliance implications for boards and executives
  • Climate scenario analysis: enhancing resilience.

Module 3

Sustainable Finance Leadership

  • Sources of funds: public and private sector sources (e.g. green bonds, sustainability-linked loans), carbon markets
  • Uses of funds: decarbonisation across sectors and jurisdictions
  • Progress to date: funds deployed, GHG emissions reduced/removed
  • Challenges to improving scale and effectiveness of financing decarbonisation.

Module 4

Leading ESG & Sustainability 

  • Systems perspectives on ESG and Sustainability transformation
  • Embedding climate and sustainability in governance structures and business models
